Set up a rich text email signature in Yahoo Mail. Find the toggle under Settings > More Settings > Writing email, paste your design, and test it.
Create your signatureRe: Yahoo Mail (web)
Step 1
Click the gear icon in the upper right of Yahoo Mail, then click More Settings at the bottom of the panel that slides out.
Step 2
Select Writing email in the left sidebar. The Signature section appears on the right, with one entry for each connected email account.
Step 3
Flip the switch next to the account you want to update. A rich text editor appears below it as soon as the toggle is on.
Step 4
Copy the rendered signature from your generator's preview and paste it into the box. Yahoo keeps inline styling, links, and hosted images. Edits save automatically as you type.
Step 5
Close settings, click Compose, and confirm the signature sits at the bottom of the draft. Send it to yourself and check it on a phone as well as a desktop.
Re: Yahoo Mail app (iOS & Android)
Step 1
Tap your profile icon in the top left corner of the app, then tap Settings in the menu.
Step 2
Scroll to the Signatures entry. The exact wording shifts slightly between app versions, so look for anything labeled signature.
Step 3
Delete 'Sent from Yahoo Mail' and type your name, title, and one contact detail. The app signature is text based, so keep it short.
Step 4
If you send from more than one address in the app, check whether each account has its own signature entry and update them all.

Re: Common questions
Common questions about Yahoo Mail email signatures.
Click the gear icon in the top right, choose More Settings, then Writing email. The Signature section lists each of your connected accounts with its own on/off toggle and a rich text editor underneath.
The web editor accepts rich formatted content. Paste a rendered signature and Yahoo preserves the inline styles, links, and hosted images. There is no markup view, so copy the visual preview from your generator instead of the code.
Yahoo Mail saves signature changes automatically while you edit. If a change does not seem to stick, refresh the page, reopen More Settings, and confirm the toggle for that account is still switched on.
Tap your profile icon, open Settings, and look for the Signatures entry. The app keeps its own plain text signature, separate from the web version, and it defaults to 'Sent from Yahoo Mail' until you replace it.
Yes. Use a design that references a logo hosted at a public HTTPS URL, then paste it into the web editor. Any generator that hosts images works, including BrandFooter's free one, and keeping the file under 200KB helps it load quickly.
Every email client renders HTML its own way, and Outlook's desktop engine is the strictest of the bunch. A table-based signature with inline styles survives the trip best, so test by sending from Yahoo to an Outlook address before settling on a design.
