Set your HubSpot CRM email signature under Profile & Preferences, use the HTML option for a branded design, and reuse it in templates and sequences.
Create your signatureRe: HubSpot: set your personal CRM signature
Step 1
Click your avatar in the top right corner of HubSpot and choose Profile & Preferences from the menu.
Step 2
In the General section, select the Email tab and find the Signature area. In some accounts it sits behind a Configure heading.
Step 3
The editor opens with two modes: a simple rich text toolbar and an HTML view for pasting real markup.
Step 4
Choose the HTML option and paste the raw code from your generator. The preview updates as you go, so you can confirm the table layout renders before committing.
Step 5
Click Save, open any contact record, and send yourself a one-to-one email. The signature should appear at the bottom exactly as previewed.
Re: HubSpot: use the signature in templates and sequences
Step 1
When building a sales email template, insert the signature personalization token instead of pasting a signature into the body. At send time, HubSpot fills in each sender's own saved signature.
Step 2
Sequence emails send through your connected inbox using your templates. Enroll yourself in a test sequence to confirm the signature lands once, at the bottom, with the layout intact.
Step 3
Update the signature in Profile & Preferences and every template that uses the token picks up the change. Nobody has to edit templates one by one after a job title changes.

Re: Common questions
Common questions about HubSpot email signatures.
Click your avatar in the top right, choose Profile & Preferences, then open the Email tab under General. The Signature section there has an edit button that opens both the rich text and HTML editors.
Yes. The signature editor includes an HTML mode where you can paste table-based markup with inline styles. The preview shows the rendered result before you save, which makes it easy to confirm the design holds up.
Usually because a signature exists in two places at once, such as a template body that contains a pasted signature plus the signature token, or a manually typed sign-off on top of the saved one. Remove the duplicate from the template and resend a test.
No. The signature in Profile & Preferences covers one-to-one sales email sent from the CRM. Marketing emails are built in the marketing email editor with their own footer and personalization setup, managed separately.
Each user saves their own signature under Profile & Preferences, so the fix is a shared design standard. Generate per-person variants from one template, for example with BrandFooter's team templates and flat one-time pricing, and have each rep paste their HTML in once.
Yes, through the HTML mode. Reference the image with an absolute HTTPS URL in your markup, since the signature editor does not host uploads. A logo under 200KB with fixed width and height attributes renders most predictably.
