Re: Common questions
Common questions about Spark email signatures.
Open Settings and choose Signatures, on both desktop and mobile. On Mac that is Spark > Settings in the menu bar; in the phone apps, tap your avatar or menu icon and then Settings to find the same section.
Yes. Signatures are stored with your Spark account, so anything you create or edit on one device appears on the others once they sync. Just make sure every install is signed into the same Spark account.
Spark's editor accepts pasted rich content and preserves inline styling, tables, links, and images. Copy the rendered preview from your generator and paste it in. If your version of Spark shows a code option in the signature editor, you can paste markup there instead.
Yes. Spark lets you assign a default signature to each connected email account, and you can still override the choice in any individual draft, so work and personal mail never share a sign-off by accident.
Interact with the signature block at the bottom of the draft. Tapping or swiping it cycles through your saved signatures on mobile, and the desktop composer offers a picker, so you can swap designs right before hitting send.
Spark keeps signatures per user, so there is no built-in team rollout. To standardize a team, create one design and have each person paste their variant, or use a tool like BrandFooter that generates per-person signatures from a single shared template.
